I’m not sure if Eagle Rock was one of the sites that experienced these problems, but several other places were affected.
I’m assuming that the new building in Eagle Rock would cost between $400 and 500 thousand dollars? It should be noted that at that price point, you can purchase mansions in “better” neighbourhoods nearby (e.g. Mountaintop, Dallas, etc.). If you have children and want to ensure that they attend school in a decent district, this is something to consider.
Although these school districts may not measure up to a district like Lower Merion, I feel they are still highly regarded in the community. I can’t say the same for the Hazelton School District, unfortunately (which I believe includes Eagle Rock).
