The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) is planning to conduct exams for the direct recruitment of Grade-B officers in Kerala due to the floods.
The exam which was earlier saw a low attendance due to flood in many state centers. The exam was conducted on August 16 for phase I/ paper 1 of examination for recruiting Grade-B officers.
Following the request from the aspirants to re-conduct the examination the for recruiting Grade- B officers, RBI have made this move see the flood condition in the state. “The board has decided to conduct another examination at a few centers in selected cities in Kerala for the benefit of the candidates who could not appear in the examination held on August 16 due in the flood-ravaged state”, RBI released the statement.
The date of examination has not been decided yet and will be announced shortly once the logistics are settled. The details of the Grade-B officer’s examination will be sent via email to all eligible candidates.
The statement released also states that all those candidates who have written the examination of August 16, will not be allowed to appear in the examination again.
The date for Phase-II/Paper-II and III examination, to be conducted on September 6-7, will also be revised and the new dates of the examination will be informed to candidates after phase I/ paper 1 of examination
The results of examination for recruiting Grade-B officers for phase I/ paper 1 will be published after the re-examination in Kerala.
