India’s 16-year-old shooter Saurabh Chaudhary won the third Gold medal for India.

On the fourth day (Tuesday) of Asian Games, India got its third gold medal in 10m Air pistol shooting event. 16 years old Saurabh Chaudhry scored 240.7 points in the event and bagged a Gold Medal for India. He also became the youngest to win a Gold Medal in a Shooting event.

India has won 10 medals so far including 3 Gold, 3 Silver and 4 Bronze medals.

Abhishek Verma won a bronze in the same event. First time in the game’s history of India that they won two medals in a particular event in Asian Games.

In Shooting, India added a Silver medal also, as Sanjeev Rajput won a Silver Medal in the 50m Air Rifle, 3 Positions men finals. He scored 452.7 points to hold the 2nd position in the event.

Indian wrestler Divya Kakran also helped India to win a Bronze medal by outclassing Chinese Taipei’s Chan by 10-0 to win a Bronze in Women’s Freestyle wrestling in 68 Kg.

India’s Team Regu (Men) lost to Thailand by 0-2 in the semifinals of Sepaktakraw event but bagged India’s third Bronze medal.
